Are You Ready?

Right now, do you feel like the only difference between you and the financial floor is you showing up to work?

Are you tired of your team needing to ask for your permission to do anything?

Have you ever wondered how people have scaled companies beyond your level and done it seemingly effortlessly?

Are you ready for a change in the way you run your life and your business?

If you answered yes, we should chat.

Here’s What to Expect

We will review your business, ask questions, and help you figure out what you are trying to achieve. Some want to grow beyond what we can help with. Others want scale. Others yet want something they can pass on to the next generation. And some want to work on the business because it’s become their (lucrative) hobby.

Regardless of how you think about your life and your business, we’ll help you define it, define what success looks like, and create processes and systems that enable you and the business to operate the way you dreamed it would be when you got to work on Day 1.

What is the Fee to Speak with You?

All of our consultations are free.

We don’t charge unless we think there is a value to be provided that is at least 10x (ideally 20x) of what we will charge. Meaning, if your problems are so small that it’s not worth the rate to pay us to fix them, we’ll just tell you what to do and you can fix it yourself.

However, if we feel by making recommended and researched changes in your business that should improve revenue, increase profit, and lower expenses by $200,000 annually in the first month of working with us, we feel a $20,000 fee is not unreasonable.

Likewise, a $3,000,000 swing in 3-6 months will run around $150,000.

Some for us, a LOT for you.

If you feel you don’t need us in the business being boots-on-the-ground, but would appreciate being able to call or have us come in for important meetings or negotiations, we can work on a retainer model. Our base rate is $1,000/month for 5 hours and invoicing of $400/hour for all hours above the retainer limit.
